摘　　要：目的了解目前国内艾灸应用现况,找出共性问题,为相关部门制定政策提供依据,以促进艾灸疗法的传承与发展。方法制定调查问卷,对全国25个省210位针灸从业者进行问卷调查,回收问卷,统计数据,得出结论。结果98%的受访者认可艾灸疗效,67.62%的被调查者临床应用艾灸疗法,临床应用艾灸疗法频率较高的受访者为32.4%。结论艾灸疗法的疗效被广泛认可,温针灸、直接灸、雀啄灸、隔物灸等传统艾灸疗法仍在临床应用,临床应用艾灸疗法的病种广泛,但目前我国公立医疗机构艾灸临床应用比例及使用频率有待提升,造成这种情况的主要原因是艾灸产生烟雾、操作耗时耗力、收费不能体现劳动价值。建议国家给与政策支持,制定合理的收费标准,支持研制无烟智能艾灸仪器等。Objective To understand the current status of moxibustion application in China and find the common problems,so as to provide the basis for formulating policies by relevant departments to promote the inheritance and development of moxibustion therapy.Methods Questionnaires were developed and filled out by 210 acupuncture and moxibustion practitioners in 25 provinces in China.Then the questionnaires were collected for statistics and conclusions were drawn.Results Among the respondents,98%acknowledged the efficacy of moxibustion;67.62%applied moxibustion therapy clinically,of which 32.4%had high frequency of moxibustion application.Conclusion The efficacy of moxibustion therapy is widely accepted,and traditional moxibustion therapies such as warming needle moxibustion,direct moxibustion,sparrow-pecking moxibustion and indirect moxibustion are still used for a variety of diseases.However,at present,the proportion and frequency of moxibustion used in public medical institutions in China are low.The main reasons are as follows:Smoke is produced during the moxibustion process;the operation is time and labor consuming;the charges fail to reflect the labor value.Therefore,it is recommended that the government develop supportive policies,such as formulating reasonable fees and supporting the development of smoke-free intelligent moxibustion devices.
