摘　　要：以浙江省为例,探讨基于医保DRG支付的智慧运营系统建设的必要性与可行性,并从医院管理角度提出DRG智慧运营系统的建设方案及其功能模块,为实现医保付费方式改革提供支撑,最终实现医院精细化管理目标,促进医院高质量发展。Taking Zhejiang Province as an example,this paper discussed the necessity and feasibility of the construction of an intelligent operation system based on medical insurance DRG payment,and proposed the construction plan and functional modules of the DRG intelligent operation system from the perspective of hospital management.In this way,it is expected to provide support for the reform of medical insurance payment methods,achieve the goal of refined management of the hospital,and promote the high-quality development of the hospital.
