摘 要:附件安装缺陷是目前引发高压电缆故障的主要原因之一。针对传统的电缆附件安装过程对安装人员要求高、效率低下且缺陷隐患大的问题,该文提出采用激光清洗技术剥离高压电缆绝缘屏蔽,对剥离后的交联聚乙烯界面性能开展试验研究,并分析激光剥离高压电缆绝缘屏蔽的现象和机理。金相显微镜的观测结果和表面粗糙度测量结果表明,与砂纸打磨的电缆相比,采用激光剥离的电缆具有更平整光洁的绝缘表面和更小的表面粗糙度。同时,傅里叶红外光谱测试结果表明,激光剥离高压电缆绝缘屏蔽未对交联聚乙烯绝缘造成氧化损伤。进一步的分析表明,在激光剥离电缆屏蔽层的过程中,主要的作用机制为振动效应。利用激光剥离电缆绝缘层的界面性能优异,因此激光剥离技术可用于剥离高压电缆绝缘屏蔽层。The installation defect of cable accessories is one of the prime reasons for cable system failure.Given the problems of high experience requirements for construction personnel,low efficiency,and hidden dangers of installation defects in the traditional installation process of cable accessories.The laser cleaning technology was proposed to peel off the insulation shield of high-voltage cable in this paper,the interfacial properties of cross-linked polyethylene after peeling were experimentally studied,and the phenomenon and mechanism of laser peeling off the insulation shield of highvoltage cable were analyzed.The results of metallographic microscope observation and surface roughness measurement show that the cable stripped by laser has a smoother insulating surface and smaller surface roughness compared with the cable polished with sandpaper.In addition,the results of Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy show that the insulation shield of laser stripped high-voltage cable does not cause oxidative damage to the XLPE insulation.Further analysis show that the main action mechanism in the process of laser stripping of the cable shielding layer is the vibration effect.The interface performance of the cable insulation layer stripped by laser is excellent,so the laser stripping technology can be used to peel the insulation shielding layer of a high-voltage cable.
