摘 要:由于摆动机构一般结构复杂、负载问题突出,设计难度较传统操纵结构大,需要开展系统深入的研究,实现设计方案的合理化。基于ABAQUS有限元软件,建立摆动机构柔性多体动力学仿真模型,并结合摆动机构复杂运动学分析,研究摆动速度、俯仰角、外部载荷以及摩擦系数对摆动机构负载特性的影响。并开展摆动机构摩擦性能及负载特性的试验研究,验证仿真分析结果的有效性和设计方案的可行性,研究结果表明:该方法能够实现对复杂摆动机构负载特性的正确模拟,试验与数值结果的相对误差精度小于11%的量值水平。Due to the special advantages of thermal environment and maneuverability,swing mechanics is beginning to be explored and applied in the design of a kind of maneuvering vehicles.The swing mechanics usually has complex structure,with quite serious load problem,such that its design is more difficult than the one of traditional manipulating structure.In order to solve the above problems and propose reasonable design program,systematic and deep research is needed to carry out.Based on the finite element software ABAQUS,the flexible multi-body dynamics model of the swing mechanics is established.Combining with complex kinematics analysis of the swing mechanics,the effects of the swing rate,the pitching angle,the aerodynamic load and the coefficient of friction on its load characteristics are investigated.Moreover,experiment investigation is made to reveal friction properties and load characteristics of the swing mechanics,and to verify the effectiveness of the simulation result and the feasibility of the design scheme.The results prove that,the method proposed is scientific and reasonable,and can realize accurate simulation of the complicated swing mechanics.The relative error between experimental and numerical results is less than the level of 11%.
