摘 要:非甲烷总烃(NMHC)是指除甲烷外可挥发的碳氢化合物及衍生物,是形成臭氧和颗粒物重要的基础,对人类健康和环境都具有严重危害.然而,可挥发的碳氢化合物的浓度一般比较低,无法有效分解.催化氧化作为一种潜在可持续的空气污染控制技术,可以将可挥发性碳氢化合物降解为无污染的H_(2)O和CO_(2),其关键在于高效稳定催化剂的制备.因此,本工作采用了等体积浸渍法制备Pd-Cu/MXene催化剂,并应用于NMHC的催化降解,同时也考察了贵金属Pd负载量、焙烧温度及焙烧时间对NMHC催化氧化活性的影响.结果表明,合适的贵金属负载量、焙烧温度及焙烧时间可以极大地提高催化剂的催化活性,当贵金属Pd的负载量为0.1%、焙烧温度为600℃、焙烧时间为2 h时,Pd-Cu/MXene催化剂具有较高的催化活性,在330℃可将NMHC完全降解,并且经过多个催化氧化循环后仍能保持较高的催化活性.Non-methane total hydrocarbons(NMHC)refer to volatile hydrocarbons and derivatives other than methane.It is an important basis for the formation of ozone and particulate matter,which is harmful to human health and the environment.However,the concentration of volatile hydrocarbons is generally too low to decompose efficiently.Catalytic oxidation,as a potentially sustainable air pollution control technology,can degrade volatile hydrocarbons into pollution-free H_(2)O and CO_(2).The key lies in the preparation of efficient and stable catalyst.Therefore,in this work,Pd-Cu/MXene catalyst was prepared by equal volume impregnation method and applied to the catalytic degradation of NMHC.Meanwhile,the effects of Pd load,calcination temperature and time on the catalytic oxidation activity of NMHC were also investigated.The results showed that suitable loading of precious metal,calcination temperature and calcination time can greatly improve the catalytic activity of the catalyst.When the loading of precious metal Pd was 0.1%,calcination temperature was 600℃and calcination time was 2 h,Pd-Cu/MXene catalyst had a high catalytic activity,NMHC could be completely degraded at 330℃.And there was almost no decrease in activity after several catalytic combustion cycles.
