摘　　要：人才队伍建设现已成为我国社会工作专业发展的关键问题。在马克思主义人才观视角下,社会工作专业人才队伍建设有了科学的理论指导、正确的培养路径和以人为本的人才培养标准。做好社会工作专业人才队伍建设,必须要树立人才是第一资源的观念,践行学用结合的育人理念;发挥专业优势,进行资源整合,做好人才规划和布局;抓住建设重点,抓好改革创新,对标国际化,尤其是要认真抓好政策落实工作;注重民生工作,完善激励机制,强化专业教育。The construction of talent team has become a key issue in the professional development of social work in China. From the perspective of Marxist talent view, the construction of social work professional talent team has scientific theoretical guidance, correct training path and people-oriented talent training standard. To do a good job in the construction of social work professionals, this paper establishes the concept that talents are the first resource, practicing the education concept of combining learning with application, giving full play to professional advantages, integrating resources, doing a good job in talent planning and layout, grasping the key points of construction, reform and innovation, and internationalizing benchmarking. In particular, we must seriously implement policies, pay attention to people’s livelihood, improve the incentive mechanism, and strengthen professional education.
