摘  要:目的探讨血清1-甲基-2-吡啶酮-5-羧酰胺(2PY)、5,6-二氢胸腺嘧啶(DHT)、胆绿素(BV)水平与哮喘儿童肺功能的相关性。方法纳入2018年11月至2021年4月该院收治的哮喘儿童100例为哮喘组,同时期行健康体检的健康儿童100例为对照组。检测两组研究对象血清2PY、DHT、BV水平和肺功能。采用Pearson相关分析2PY、DHT、BV水平与肺功能的相关性。采用受试者工作特征曲线(ROC曲线)分析血清2PY、DHT、BV水平对儿童哮喘的诊断价值。结果哮喘组用力肺活量(FVC)、第1秒用力呼气容积(FEV_(1))、75%呼气中期流量(MEF75%)、50%呼气中期流量(MEF50%)、25%呼气中期流量(MEF25%)和最大呼气流量(PEF)均低于对照组(P<0.05)。哮喘组血清中2PY、DHT、BV水平均高于对照组(P<0.05)。血清2PY、DHT、BV水平与FVC、FEV_(1)、MEF75%、MEF50%、MEF25%、PEF均呈负相关(P<0.05)。高水平2PY、DHT、BV是儿童哮喘发生的危险因素(P<0.05)。血清2PY、DHT、BV诊断儿童哮喘的灵敏度分别为92.0%、89.0%、97.0%,特异度分别为94.0%、90.0%、91.0%。结论血清2PY、DHT、BV水平与肺功能具有相关性,其可作为诊断儿童哮喘的潜在标志物。Objective To explore the correlation of serum levels of 1-methyl-2-pyridone-5-carboxamide(2PY),5,6-dihydrothymine(DHT)and biliverdin(BV)levels with lung function in children with asthma.Methods A total of 100 children with asthma admitted to our hospital from November 2018 to April 2021 were included in the asthma group,and 100 healthy children were included in the control group.The levels of 2PY,DHT,BV in serum and lung function of the two groups were tested.Pearson correlation coefficient was used to analyze the correlation between 2PY,DHT,BV levels and lung function.Receiver operating characteristic(ROC)curve was used to analyze serum 2PY,DHT,BV levels in the diagnosis of childhood asthma.Results The forced vital capacity(FVC),forced expiratory volume in the first second(FEV_(1)),75%of mid expiratory flow(MEF75%),MEF50%,MEF25%and maximum expiratory flow(PEF)of the subjects in the asthma group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The serum levels of 2PY,DHT,and BV in the subjects in the asthma group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).2PY,DHT,BV levels were negatively correlated with FVC,FEV_(1),MEF75%,MEF50%,MEF25%and PEF(P<0.05).In addition,higher levels of 2PY,DHT,and BV were risk factors for childhood asthma.The sensitivities of 2PY,DHT,and BV in the diagnosis of childhood asthma in the serum were 92.0%,89.0%,and 97.0%,respectively,and the specificities were 94.0%,90.0%,and 91.0%,respectively.Conclusion The levels of 2PY,DHT,and BV in serum are correlated with lung function,which can be used as potential signs of childhood asthma.
