摘 要:本文研究了合肥市大房郢水库沉积物中锰的形态分布与释放机理,结论有:(1)经BCR顺序提取法测定,底泥中锰的形态最大为可交换态,占总锰51%左右;岸边底泥最大形态是可还原态,占总锰60.8%。(2)同等离子强度Na^(+)、Ca^(2+)、Mg^(2+)溶液浸渍,Ca^(2+)对底泥中锰的释放有促进作用,释放量达到477mg/kg。(3)酸性和碱性都有利于底泥中锰的释放,湖泊水pH=4.0脱附量为407mg/kg,是pH=7.5脱附量的近7倍。(4)用去离子水和湖水按不同比例混合底泥提取,全部用湖水脱附的底泥中锰含量最多,时间也最短,反应192h后,脱附量达186mg/kg。This paper studies the morphological distribution and release mechanism of manganese in the sediments of Dafangying reservoir in Hefei.The conclusions are as follows:(1)The largest form of manganese in the sediment of the lake is exchangeable,accounting for about 51%of the total manganese by BCR sequential extraction method;The largest form of sediment on the bank is reducible,accounting for 60.8%of the total manganese.(2)The same ionic strength Na^(+),Ca^(2+),Mg^(2+) Solution impregnation,Ca^(2+) can promote the release of manganese in the sediment,and the release amount reaches 477mg/kg.(3)Both acidity and alkalinity are conducive to the release of manganese in the sediment.The content of manganese in the desorbed sediment of lake water at pH=4.0 is 407mg/kg,which is nearly 7 times that of when the pH is 7.5.(4)The sediment was extracted by the combination of different proportions of lake water and deionized water.The sediment was extracted by mixing deionized water and lake water in different proportions.The content of manganese in the sediment desorbed by lake water was the highest and the time was the shortest.After 192h of reaction,the desorbed amount reached 186mg/kg.
