摘  要:甲基乙烯基硅橡胶(简称生胶)中通常会存在一定量的硅羟基,硅羟基的存在会对硫化后的硅橡胶弹性体造成不良影响,本文以凝胶法测定生胶中羟基相对含量,并以不同羟基含量的生胶为基础胶制备成硅橡胶弹性体,并对其进行性能测试。结果发现,随着相对羟基含量的提高,硅橡胶热失重(TG)数据显示其热分解温度由400℃降低到350℃;通过热老化测试发现,随着相对羟基含量的增加,同等条件下硅橡胶伸长率衰减明显,衰减从14%增加到33%;表明硅羟基会使硅橡胶弹性体耐老化性能明显降低。There is usually a certain amount of silicone hydroxyl in vinyl silicone rubber.The existence of silicone hydroxyl will cause adverse effects on the vulcanized silicone rubber elastomer.In this paper,the relative content of hydroxyl in silicone rubber is determined by gel method,and the silicone rubber elastomer is prepared based on this.The results show that the thermal decomposition temperature of silicone rubber decreases from 400℃to 350℃with the increase of relative hydroxyl content,Through the thermal aging test,it is found that with the increase of relative hydroxyl content,the elongation of silicone rubber decreases significantly under the same conditions,and the attenuation increases from 14%to 33%;The re-sults show that silicone hydroxyl group can significantly reduce the aging resistance of silicone rubber elastomer.
