摘 要:汽轮机凝汽器水位控制系统设计是汽轮机发电机组工作的重难点,其也是发电机组在基建调式过程中容易出现问题的环节,为了确保设计效果不受影响,本文主要对350MW汽轮发电机组凝汽器水位控制系统进行了研究分析,提出了相关控制策略,以此优化设计。本文主要通过闭锁出发逻辑来解决电动补水阀调节实效的问题,以此解决管路调节阀门导致设备过渡损耗的问题,旨在提高汽轮发电机组运行质量。The design of steam turbine condenser water level control system is the key and difficult point of steam turbine generator unit,and it is also a link prone to problems in the process of capital construction and adjustment of generator unit.In order to ensure that the design effect is not affected,this paper mainly studies and analyzes the condenser water level control system of 350MW steam turbine generator unit,and puts forward relevant control strategies,to optimize the design.This paper mainly solves the problem of regulating effectiveness of electric water make-up valve through locking logic,so as to solve the problem of equipment transition loss caused by pipeline regulating valve,in order to improve the operation quality of steam turbine generator unit.
