摘  要:采用氢调法在Horizone工艺聚丙烯装置生产出高抗冲高流动共聚聚丙烯NEWCON-H,并对产品性能进行了评价。结果表明,该NEWCON-H产品为30.4g/10min,拉伸屈服应力21.6MPa,弯曲模量1148MPa,简支梁缺口冲击强度(23℃)14kJ/m^(2),符合产品质量要求。The high-impact and high-flow copolymer polypropylene NEWCON-H was produced in the Horizone process polypropylene unit by hydrogen adjustment method,and the properties of the product were evaluated.The results showed that the NEWCON-H product was 30.4g/10min,the tensile yield stress was 21.6MPa,the flexural modulus was 1148MPa,and the simply supported beam notched impact strength(23℃)was 14kJ/m^(2),which met the product quality requirements.
