摘 要:在选煤厂的现代化建设和发展中,质量管理作为重要的环节,是保证选煤厂生产质量的关键所在,一直以来,选煤厂的质量管理与控制的难点都是以浮选精煤脱水为主,由于其中含有大量的起泡剂等物质,导致了浮选精煤在压滤脱水和消泡中难度较大,这对最终的产品生产质量、生产效率形成了直接的干扰,对于选煤厂的经营成本同样造成了负面的制约。本文对选煤厂浮选精煤脱水工艺技术进行了对比分析,以李村矿井的选煤厂为例,分析了该选煤厂浮选精煤脱水工艺的改造方案,提出了选煤厂浮选精煤脱水工艺的要点,进行了选煤厂浮选精煤脱水工艺改造效果的评价。In the modern construction and development of coal preparation plants,quality management,as an important link,is the key to ensuring the production quality of coal preparation plants.Coal dehydration is the main method.Due to the large amount of foaming agents and other substances contained in it,the flotation clean coal is difficult to filter press dehydration and defoaming,which directly interferes with the production quality and production efficiency of the final product.There are also negative constraints on the operating costs of coal preparation plants.This paper compares and analyzes the dehydration technology of flotation clean coal in the coal preparation plant.Taking the coal preparation plant in Licun mine as an example,the reformation scheme of the flotation clean coal dewatering process in the coal preparation plant is analyzed,and the flotation and dehydration technology of the coal preparation plant is proposed.The main points of the dehydration process of the selected clean coal are evaluated.
