摘  要:由于特殊的地质条件,西部地区建井一般采用冻结法施工,在施工过程中,冻结调控十分重要,适当的调控措施可以保证冻结壁厚度和井帮温度满足施工要求。西部矿井的冻结调控与东部有明显的差异,目前缺少对西部地区冻结调控的研究。为研究冻结调控对西部地区立井温度场的影响,本文运用有限元分析软件,结合文家坡矿李家沟回风立井井筒白垩系地层的实际工况,分析冻结调控对立井温度场的影响,并给出具体调控方案。结果表明,通过适当的调控措施,可以有效减缓井帮温度的降低,浅部地区井帮温度提高了3℃左右,深部地区最大提高了6℃;冻结壁厚度也不同程度地降低,降幅在0.1~1.7 m左右,在保证冻结壁厚度、强度和井帮温度满足井筒安全的前提下,大大加快了施工速度,节省了工期和建井成本。Due to the special geological condition,a ground freezing method would be applied to the construction of the mine shaft generally in West China area.During the construction process,the freezing regulation would be very important and a proper regulation measure could ensure the freezing wall thickness and mine shaft wall temperature meet the construction requirements.The freezing regulation of the mine shafts in West China would have obvious difference to East China and at present,there was less study on the freezing regulation in West China area.In order to study the freezing regulation effected to the temperature field of the mine shafts in the West China area,with the application of the finite element analysis software,in combination with the actual performances of the Cretaceous strata in the Lijiagou mine air return shaft of Wenjiapo Mine,the paper analyzed the freezing regulation effected to the temperature field of the mine shaft and provided the certain regulation plan.The results showed that with the proper regulation measures,the mine shaft wall temperature reduction could be effectively slowed down,the shaft wall temperature in the shallow area was increased about 3℃and the shaft wall temperature in the deep area was maximumly increased by 6℃.The thickness of the freezing wall was also reduced in a different degree and the reduction of the thickness was reduced about 0.1~1.7 m.Under the premise to ensure the thickness and strength of the freezing wall and the shaft wall temperature meet the mine shaft safety,the construction speed was highly improved and the construction period and the mine shaft construction cost were cut down.
