摘  要:大社矿工业广场92606工作面开采致使东副井筒发生严重破坏,为减轻工业广场待采92606外工作面开采扰动对东副井筒的叠加影响,采取的加固方案如下:(1)在东副井筒破坏位置处(埋深298 m)采用单液水泥浆和水泥水玻璃双液浆进行壁后注浆加固;(2)待注浆帷幕达到强度后,为释放因开采煤层导致地层沉降所产生的作用于井筒的竖向负摩擦力,在垂深278 m处开切卸压槽,该卸压槽内充填沥青防腐木砖;(3)同时,为增强井筒强度和稳定性,在东副井破坏段采用槽钢井圈加固。井筒加固后,在三个水平采用振弦式应变计、振弦式测缝计和振弦式压力计对其应力应变进行监测,结果表明:开采130 d后,一水平和三水平位置井筒环向和竖向拉应力均在为5 MPa左右,小于井筒极限承载力;卸压槽防腐松木产生1.5 mm的压缩变形,远小于其极限压缩量(132 mm),表明井筒加固后目前处于安全状态。The mining operation of No.92606 coal mining face under the industrial square of Dashe Mine caused serious failures to the east mine auxiliary shaft.In order to reduce the ready mining turbulence of No.92606 coal mining face under the industrial square of Dashe Mine could cause the overlay influence to the east mine auxiliary shaft,the reinforcements applied were as followings.(1)At a failure location(at a depth of 298 m) of the east mine auxiliary shaft,a single liquid cement grout and cement sodium silicate double grouts were applied to the backwall grouting reinforcement.(2) After the grouting curtain reached the strength,in order to release the formation settlement caused by the mining seam affected to the vertical negative friction force of the mine shaft,the pressure released slots were cut at the vertical depth of 278 m and the asphalt anti corrosion wood bricks were filled in the pressure released slots.(3)Meanwhile in order to improve the strength and stability of the mine shaft,the Usteel shaft rings were applied to reinforce the failure section of the east mine auxiliary shaft.After the reinforcement of the mine shaft,the vibrating wire strain gauge,vibrating wire slot gauge and vibrating wire pressure gauge were applied at three levels to monitor the stress and strain.The results showed that after the mining of 130 days,the circumferential and vertical tensile stresses at the first level and the three level were about 5 MPa and were less than the limit bearing capacity of the mine shaft.The anti corrosion wood bricks in the pressure released slots could have 1.5 mm compression deformation and would have more less than the limit compression force(132 mm).At present,the mine shaft after reinforcement was in a safety state.
