摘 要:云南以礼河四级电站复建工程2#引水竖井采用大直径反井钻机一次扩孔成型施工技术,成功钻进直径4.5 m井筒,改变了水电工程以往开挖大直径井筒使用反井钻机先钻小井,再由上向下刷大井筒的模式。实践证明,该施工技术安全、可靠、效率高、经济性好,对大直径反井钻机一次扩孔成型施工技术在水电行业中的推广应用具有指导性的意义,为以后水电站竖井设计和施工提供了新的思路。In a reconstruction project of Yunnan Yili River Stage 4 Hydropower Station,a large diameter raise boring machine with a one-step reaming construction technology was applied to No.2 water intake shaft and successfully bored a shaft with a diameter of 4.5 m.This technology had changed the previous large diameter shaft sunk with the raise boring machine first to drill a small diameter shaft and then to ream the shaft from the top to bottom in the hydropower project.The practices showed that the construction technology was safe,reliable,high efficient and good economic.The large raise boring machine with the one-step reaming construction technology would have a guiding significance of the promotion and application in the hydropower industry and could provide a new idea of the shaft design and construction to the future hydropower stations.
