摘 要:以雷击引起储罐火灾事故的原因为切入点,对比分析有关浮顶储罐防雷设计要求的国内外标准。这些标准针对转动扶梯、浮顶排水管、浮顶附件及机械密封等部件的要求相同,而涉及电气连接线和导电片时要求差异较大。基于雷击特性参数和防雷机理并结合安装运维的经济性、技术成熟度等方面综合分析现有防雷设施的优/缺点。Through taking the analysis of lightning-incurred accident of a storage tank’s as a breakthrough point,the lightning protection requirements stipulated in the standards both at home and abroad for the floating roof tanks were comparatively analyzed.The results show that these standards have the same requirements for moving escalators,floating top drainpipes,floating top accessories and mechanical seals while the requirements for electrical connections and conductive plates are quite different.Based on lightning characteristic parameters and lightning protection mechanism,both advantages and disadvantages of existing lightning protection facilities were analyzed in combination with the economy of installation,operation and maintenance and the technology maturity.
