摘 要:煤气化炉炉体工作环境恶劣,亟需针对炉体内各个零部件以及整体的寿命进行评价。基于模糊层次分析法,综合气化烧嘴、耐火衬里和合成气水激冷系统的寿命影响因素,构建模糊关系矩阵和权向量,通过模糊算子合成获得寿命评估向量,进而对设备寿命进行评价,构建了完整的煤气化炉寿命评价体系。结合工程运行状况分析,该方法可以对设备的运行状态进行有效监测和预判,对安全生产具有工程价值。The coal gasifier works in a severe environment and establishing a service life evaluation system for both the components and the whole equipment becomes urgent.Based on the fuzzy analytic hierarchy process(FAHP),having life influencing factors of gasification burner,refractory lining and syngas water chilling system considered to construct a fuzzy relation matrix and weight vector was implemented,including having the service life evaluation vector obtained through fuzzy operator synthesis and then having the equipment’s service life evaluated to construct a complete life evaluation system for the coal gasifier.Application results show that,this method can monitor and predict operation status of the coal gasifier and has an important engineering value for its safety production.
