摘  要:根据管流的变态水力模拟相似理论,推导出油田注水管网原型与实验管网的相似关系,建立起油田注水管网相似理论体系,为构建与油田注水管网等效的实验管网提供理论支持。在此基础上,为了能够对油田注水的多个管网系统进行准确灵活的相似模拟,应用新的材料即高压胶管构建等效实验管网。通过高压胶管的压降实验,应用不同沿程阻力损失公式对高压胶管的沿程阻力损失和局部阻力损失进行分析,得到符合实验数据的沿程阻力损失公式及其管材粗糙系数。Basing on similarity theory of pipe flow’s abnormal hydraulic simulation,the similarity relationship between the prototype of oilfield water flooding pipeline network and the experimental pipe network was deduced and its similarity theory system was established to provide theoretical support for establishing experimental pipe network equivalent to oilfield’s water flooding pipeline network.On this basis,for purpose of realizing both accurate and flexible simulation of multiple pipeline network systems in the oilfield water flooding,a high-pressure hose was applied to construct pipeline network in the equivalent experimental network;then through pressure drop experiment on the high-pressure hose,its resistance loss and local resistance loss were analyzed by using different on-way resistance loss formulas and the proper formula which complies with the experimental data and can be applied to calculating on-way resistance loss and the pipeline’s roughness coefficient were obtained to provide scientific basis for constructing an equivalent test pipeline network there.
