摘  要:利用计算流体力学软件(CFD)对反应堆冷却剂系统中的泵-旁通阀开展动态特性耦合分析,获得自然来流条件和泵启动来流条件下旁通阀阀瓣的动态特性,掌握瞬变流场时流体对阀瓣作用力矩的变化规律。通过改换阀瓣的材料来优化其质量,使得旁通阀在自然来流条件下可靠开启,有效提高旁通阀的运行稳定性。Having CFD taken to study dynamic characteristics between bypass-valve and pump in reactor coolant system was implemented to obtain the dynamic characteristics of the bypass valve disc under natural flow conditions and pump starting flow conditions,and to master the change law of fluid acting moment on the disc under transient flow field.Through changing the material of the valve disc to optimize its weight,the bypass valve can be opened reliably under natural flow conditions so as to improve the operation stability of the bypass valve effectively.
