摘 要:针对热采井口抬升现象,以井口地面管系为研究对象,分别建立整体管系和补偿器的有限元模型。提出以管系变形和强度为判据的最大位移补偿方法,并以此为判据对整体管系和局部补偿器的强度和密封性能进行数值模拟分析,得到了特定管系结构的最大位移补偿量。最后,分析了管臂长度和补偿器结构对补偿位移的影响,结果表明:直管臂长度影响井口最大位移补偿量,直管臂1、2增加500 mm会使补偿量降低23.4%,缩短500 mm会使补偿量增大117.7%;轴向旋转补偿器的最大位移补偿量比万向旋转补偿器高出7.7%。Considering wellhead lifting in thermal recovery of heavy oil,having wellhead surface piping system taken as the research object to establish the finite element model for overall piping system and compensator was implemented,including having the piping deformation and strength based to propose the maximum displacement compensation method and to analyze both strength and sealing performance of the entire piping and local compensator so as to get the maximum displacement compensation of the specific piping structure.Analyzing the influence of the pipe arm’s length and the compensator structure on the compensation displacement demonstrates that,the length of the straight pipe’s arm affects the maximum displacement compensation of the wellhead.Increasing 500 mm in the straight pipe’s arm(1,2)can reduce compensation amount by 23.4% and shortening 500 mm there can increase the compensation amount of the axial displacement compensator by 117.7%;and the maximum displacement compensation amount of the axial compensator is 7.7% higher than that of the universal compensator.
