摘 要:针对大流量有机废气焚烧炉燃烧器及其系统运行中出现的问题,从物料特点、工艺流程和核心设备3个方面对该废气焚烧装置进行分析。针对该焚烧装置的核心设备焚烧炉,从其燃烧器设计、空气管路布置和废气接管设计3个方面进行优化设计。优化设计后,该焚烧炉不仅能稳定运行,而且可避免由废气泄漏引起的安全问题。Considering the matters bothering the burner and system of large flow organic waste gas incinerator,the waste gas incinerator was analyzed from material characteristics,process flow and core equipment;and in view of the design of the incinerator,the optimization design of the incinerator was made from the burner design,air line design and exhaust gas pipe design.The comparison results show that,the optimization design adopted can effectively ensure stable operation of the core equipment,and this can avoid the safety problem incurred by the waste gas leakage.
