摘  要:为降低设备制造成本,运用价值工程理论研究了塔器裙座半锥顶角对挠度的影响,并采用遗传算法对塔器降低挠度进行多目标优化。总结出降低塔器挠度的优化流程为:首先将圆筒形裙座改为锥形裙座,角度控制在9.3°以内;其次优先增加塔器第一~第三塔段壁厚。优化后,挠度明显降低,继而节省设备材料费和制造成本,对工程设计具有一定指导意义。For purpose of reducing equipment cost,the value engineering theory was adopted to discuss the influence of changing half-cone angle of the column skirt on the deflection,including having genetic algorithm used to multi-objectively optimize reduction of the column deflection.The optimization process to reduce the column deflection is as follows:firstly,having the cylinder skirt changed into a tapered skirt and the half-cone angle kept within 9.3°;and then,giving priority to increasing the wall thickness of section 1 to 3 of the column.As a result,the column deflection can be obviously reduced,including both material and manufacturing cost.This study has certain guiding significance to the engineering design.
