摘　　要：面对日益严峻的老龄化人口形势,在国家乡村振兴战略的提出和实施背景下,生态养老这一全新养老模式逐渐成为大众关注焦点。江西省为解决本省养老难题,大力发展生态养老产业。通过SWOT分析法得出,江西省具备发展生态养老产业的独特优势,但在优惠政策落实、专业人才队伍、养老思想观念等方面仍存在问题。对此,从加大优惠政策落实力度、加强专业人才队伍建设、改变社会养老观念等方面,提出江西省生态养老产业高质量发展的路径选择。In the face of the increasingly severe situation of aging population, under the background of the national rural revitalization strategy proposed and implemented, as a new pension model, ecological pension has gradually become the focus of public attention. In order to solve the problems of the elderly in Jiangxi province, the ecological elderly industry is vigorously developed. Through SWOT analysis, it is concluded that Jiangxi province has unique advantages in the development of ecological pension industry, but there are still problems in the implementation of preferential policies, professional personnel, and pension ideas. Therefore, from the aspects of strengthening the implementation of preferential policies, strengthening the construction of professional personnel, and changing the concept of social endowment, the path selection of high quality development of ecological pension industry in Jiangxi province is put forward.
