英国利物浦体育助力城市更新的实践与启思

摘　　要：党的第十九届五中全会指出“十四五”期间开展城市更新行动,以全面提升城市品质。当前我国众多城市选择以体育助力城市建设,是对城市更新实践的一种创新,更对实现城市全领域、全方位的发展产生了积极作用。英国利物浦通过体育措施完善了城市更新,加速了城市高质量发展,是体育助力城市更新的成功案例。以20世纪80年代以来利物浦体育助力城市更新的实践为主要研究对象,采用文献资料法、比较分析法进行研究。采取的实践举措:重视体育文化,更新体育空间,加强体育与其他产业的融合。据此提出:我国体育助力城市更新应视体育为促进城市更新的重要依托;围绕城市自身传统经营核心赛事;挖掘体育运动的文化内涵;不断打造新的体育特色。The 19th Central Committee of the Communist Party of China stated that urban renewal will be carried out during The 14th Five-Year Plan.It will be an effective way to enhance the quality of the city.Many cities in China are seeking to achieve an all-round enhancement through sports, which is an innovative approach to urban renewal.Liverpool in the United Kingdom has achieved a transformational city renewal process through sports, which is a successful case.Taking sports and urban renewal in Liverpool since the 1980s as the main object, the study used the method of literature review and comparative analysis.On this basis, the main experiences are summarized as follows: attaching the importance of sports culture, building sports venues, and strengthening the integration of sports and other industries.Accordingly, this study put forwards suggestions: cities in China should regard “sport” as a key element in promoting urban renewal;focus on traditional core sport events;explore the cultural connotations of sport;continue to create new features in sports.
