摘  要:文章提出一套基于智能运输系统的移动网络信号范围侦测方法,由装载全球定位系统(Global Positioning System,GPS)的车载移动设备周期性撷取其当下的移动网络信号(如:小区识别码)和经纬度坐标,并回传至服务器。服务器可依据车载设备所回传的移动网络信号和经纬度坐标,结合凸壳算法绘制出每个基站的传输范围,以弥补未行驶路段的信号状况。再据此传输范围分析同一个区域多个小区覆盖的情况,判断哪些区域未被小区涵盖,或仅被一个小区涵盖且介于传输范围边缘,并将此作为移动通信收讯不良或通信死角区域的判断依据,为维运人员提供参考。This paper proposes a mobile network signal range detection method based on an intelligent transportation system.The vehicle-mounted mobile device equipped with the Global Positioning System(GPS)periodically captures its current mobile network signal(such as cell identification.code)and latitude and longitude coordinates,and send it back to the server.The server can draw the transmission range of each base station based on the mobile network signal and the latitude and longitude coordinates returned by the vehicle-mounted device,combined with the convex hull algorithm,to compensate for the signal condition of the non-driving road section.Then analyze the coverage of multiple cells in the same area based on this transmission range,determine which areas are not covered by the cell,or are only covered by one cell and are on the edge of the transmission range,and use this as a poor mobile communication or communication dead zone area judgment basis to provide the reference for maintenance personnel.
