摘　　要：配网调度出票是配网调度操作中的重要一环,传统出票方式需要在配网技术支持平台中人手写票,在配网自动化系统中选择对应设备操作挂牌,不仅繁琐,而且易错。为了提升配网调度转供电操作效率,进一步缩短客户平均停电时间,江门供电局配网调度自动化班组先后设计出点图成票以及智能操作票功能,将以前相对分割的各操作环节(写票、置位、挂摘牌)串联起来,使调度操作一气呵成。在应对珠三角地区台风、强对流天气下的配网故障频发情况方面,操作效率的提升效果显著。Distribution network scheduling and ticketing is an important part of the distribution network scheduling operation.The traditional ticketing method requires manual ticketing in the distribution network technical support platform,and selecting the corresponding equipment in the distribution network automation system to operate and list,which is not only cumbersome,but also error prone.In order to improve the efficiency of distribution network dispatching to power supply operation and further shorten the average power outage time of customers,the distribution network dispatching automation team of Jiangmen Power Supply Bureau has successively designed the functions of point map ticketing and intelligent operation ticketing,and the previous relatively divided operation links(writing tickets,setting,hanging and de-listing)are connected in series,so that the scheduling operation can be completed in one go.In dealing with the frequent occurrence of distribution network failures under typhoon and strong convective weather in the Pearl River Delta region,the improvement of operational efficiency is remarkable.
