摘　　要：在整流变网栅门五防装置设计中,传统设计在安全性、操作性及智能性方面均有所欠缺,实现本质安全型五防装置设计成为新的发展趋势,也是进一步实现安全性、智能性构建的重要保障。文章立足对当前地铁五防锁的构造及现状分析,结合青岛地铁运营公司联合青岛鼎信工业安全设备有限公司的研发成果,阐述了本质安全型五防装置的特点及在整流变中详细的操作流程。In the design of the five-proof device of the rectifier grid gate,the traditional design is lacking in safety,operability and intelligence.The realization of the design of the intrinsically safe five-proof device has become a new development trend,and it is also a further realization of safety,an important guarantee for intelligent construction.Based on the analysis of the structure and current situation of the current subway five-proof lock,combined with the research and development results of Qingdao Metro Operation Company and Qingdao Dingxin Industrial Safety Equipment Co.,Ltd.,the characteristics of the intrinsically safe five-proof device and its detailed operation in the rectifier transformer are expounded.
