摘　　要：工作分解结构(WBS)是项目管理活动中的重要工具方法,利用树状结构对工作内容进行分解,确定了活动范围,为后续计划编制、工时预估、经费预算的正确性和完整性提供重要保障。民机研制是一项重大而复杂的系统工程,利用WBS对工作进行测算,为国际分工合作提供了重要基础。文章着重介绍WBS在飞机主制造供应商、合作方进行分工方面的应用。The work breakdown structure(WBS)is an important tool method in project management activities,using the tree structure to decompose the work content,determine the scope of activities,and provide an important guarantee for the subsequent planning,man-hour estimation,and the correctness and integrity of the budget.The development of civil aircraft is a major and complex system engineering,and the use of WBS to calculate the work provides an important foundation for international division of labor and cooperation.This article focuses on the application of WBS in the division of labor between main aircraft manufacturing suppliers and partners.
