摘　　要：血管内金属植入物(MEI)已广泛应用于临床。含镍MEI引起的过敏反应罕见,多为个案报道。Ⅳ型超敏反应在含镍MEI相关过敏反应中起关键作用。预防措施尤为重要,应根据患者是否有金属过敏史和皮肤斑贴试验结果,制定具体预防措施。治疗方法包括药物对症治疗和取出MEI治疗(移除过敏源)。临床医师应掌握含镍MEI过敏反应相关知识,尽量避免MEI过敏反应发生。一旦发生,应给予适当诊断和治疗,避免严重并发症发生。Although nickel-containing metallic endovascular implants(MEI)have been widely used in clinical practice,the allergic reactions to nickel-containing MEI is rarely seen,and in literature the most papers concerning the nickel-containing MEI-related allergic reactions are nothing but case reports.TypeⅣhypersensitivity plays a key role in the nickel-containing MEI-related allergic reactions.Clinically,the preventive measures for allergic reactions are significantly important,which should be formulated based on the patient’s history of metal allergy and the skin patch test results.The treatments for allergic reactions include symptomatic therapy with medication and retrieval of MEI(i.e.elimination of allergens).Clinicians should fully master the knowledge about nickel-containing MEI-related allergic reactions so as to avoid the occurrence of MEI allergic reactions as far as possible.Once nickel-containing MEI-related allergic reaction occurs,timely diagnosis and appropriate treatment should be carried out immediately,and every effort should be made to avoid serious complications.(J Intervent Radiol,2022,31:307-309)
