摘　　要：冬凌草甲素是冬凌草主要的抗肿瘤有效成分之一,在肝癌、乳腺癌、宫颈癌、胰腺癌、肺癌、胃癌、食管癌、结肠癌等多种恶性肿瘤发生发展过程中,显现出明显的抑制作用,主要通过抑制肿瘤细胞增殖、诱导肿瘤细胞凋亡、抑制肿瘤细胞的侵袭和迁移、诱导肿瘤细胞自噬、降低端粒酶活性、逆转肿瘤细胞耐药性等,发挥抗肿瘤作用。Oridonin is one of the main anti-tumor active ingredients of Rabdosiae Rubescentis Herba.In the development process of a variety of malignant tumors,such as liver cancer,breast cancer,cervical cancer,pancreatic cancer,lung cancer,gastric cancer,esophageal cancer,colon cancer,etc,it has a significant inhibitory effect.Oridonin plays the rold of anti-tumor effect mainly by inhibiting tumor cell proliferation,inducing tumor cell apoptosis,inhibiting tumor cell invasion and migration,inducing tumor cell autophagy,reducing telomerase activity and reversing the drug resistance of the tumor cell.
