补中益气汤加减联合生物反馈电刺激治疗中气虚型盆腔器官脱垂的临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察补中益气汤加减联合生物反馈电刺激治疗中气虚型盆腔器官脱垂的临床效果。方法选取60例中气虚型盆腔器官脱垂患者,采用随机数字表法分为对照组与试验组,每组30例。对照组采用补中益气汤加减治疗,试验组在对照组基础上联合生物反馈电刺激治疗,比较两组患者临床疗效、治疗前后盆底肌功能。结果试验组治疗总有效率为90.00%,明显高于对照组的66.67%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组阴道肌电压、阴道动态压力及阴道收缩持续时间比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,两组阴道肌电压、阴道动态压力均明显高于治疗前,阴道收缩持续时间长于治疗前,且试验组明显优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论补中益气汤加减联合生物反馈电刺激治疗中气虚型盆腔器官脱垂的临床效果良好,可明显改善患者盆底肌功能,可在实际治疗中合理采用。Objective To observe the clinical effect of Buzhong Yiqi Decoction Combined with bio feedback electrical stimulation in the treatment of pelvic organ prolapse of middle Qi deficiency type.Methods 60 patients with pelvic organ prolapse of moderate Qi deficiency type were randomly divided into control group and experimental group,with 30 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Buzhong Yiqi Decoction,and the experimental group was treated with biofeedback electrical stimulation on the basis of the control group.The clinical efficacy and pelvic floor muscle function of the two groups were compared before and after treatment.Results The total effective rate of the experimental group was 90.00%,which was significantly higher than 66.67% of the control group(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no significant difference in vaginal muscle voltage,vaginal dynamic pressure and vaginal contraction duration between the two groups(P>0.05);After treatment,the vaginal muscle voltage and vaginal dynamic pressure of the two groups were significantly higher than those before treatment,the duration of vaginal contraction was longer than that before treatment,and the experimental group was significantly better than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Buzhong Yiqi Decoction Combined with biofeedback electrical stimulation has a good clinical effect in the treatment of pelvic organ prolapse of middle Qi deficiency type,which can significantly improve the function of pelvic floor muscle,and can be reasonably used in practical treatment.
