调经促孕丸联合戊酸雌二醇片在人工流产术后促进子宫内膜修复的效果随机对照研究

摘　　要：目的探究调经促孕丸联合戊酸雌二醇片在人工流产术后促进子宫内膜修复的效果。方法选取60例行人工流产术后患者,依据随机抽样法分为干预组与对照组,各30例。干预组采用调经促孕丸联合戊酸雌二醇片治疗,对照组采用戊酸雌二醇片治疗。对比两组各项指标恢复状况、术后并发症发生情况及治疗前后生活质量(QOL)评分。结果干预组阴道出血时间、月经复潮时间均明显短于对照组,子宫内膜厚度明显厚于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预组并发症发生率为3.33%,显著低于对照组的20.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组QOL评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,干预组QOL评分明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在人工流产术后采取调经促孕丸联合戊酸雌二醇片治疗,可促进子宫内膜修复,缩短阴道出血时间、月经复潮时间,且安全性高,明显提高生活质量,值得临床推广与应用。Objective To explore the effect of Tiaojing Cuyun pills combined with estradiol valerate tablets in promoting endometrial repair after induced abortion.Methods 60 patients after artificial abortion were selected and divided into intervention group and control group according to random sampling method,with 30 cases in each group.The intervention group was treated with Tiaojing Cuyun pills combined with estradiol valerate tablets,while the control group was treated with estradiol valerate tablets.The recovery status of various indicators,incidence of postoperative complications and quality of life(QOL)score before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results The time of vaginal bleeding and menstrual revulsion in the intervention group was significantly shorter than that in the control group,and the endometrial thickness was significantly thicker than that in the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the intervention group was 3.33%,significantly lower than that in the control group(20.00%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no significant difference in QOL score between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,QOL score of the intervention group was significantly higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion After induced abortion,Tiaojing Cuyun pills combined with estradiol valerate tablets can promote endometrial repair,shorten the time of vaginal bleeding,menstrual revulsion time,and high safety,significantly improve the quality of life,worthy of clinical promotion and application.
