疏肝补肾汤联合来曲唑治疗多囊卵巢综合征所致不孕的效果分析

摘　　要：目的研究疏肝补肾汤联合来曲唑治疗多囊卵巢综合征所致不孕的临床效果。方法选取120例多囊卵巢综合征所致不孕患者,利用Excel函数法将其分为对照组与试验组,每组60例。对照组给予来曲唑进行治疗,试验组给予疏肝补肾汤联合来曲唑进行治疗。比较两组临床疗效。结果试验组治疗总有效率、排卵率、妊娠率分别为91.67%、85.00%、76.67%,均明显高于对照组的71.67%、65.00%、53.33%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组雌二醇(E_(2))、促黄体生成素(LH)及孕酮(P)水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,两组E_(2)、P水平均高于治疗前,LH水平低于治疗前,且试验组明显优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组卵泡、卵巢、月经周期恢复时间均明显短于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组中医证候评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,两组中医证候评分明显低于治疗前,且试验组明显低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论疏肝补肾汤联合来曲唑治疗多囊卵巢综合征所致不孕效果显著,可明显改善患者临床症状及性激素水平,提高排卵率与妊娠率,具有临床应用价值。Objective To study the clinical effect of Shugan Bushen Decoction combined with letrozole in the treatment of infertility with polycystic ovary syndrome.Methods 120 infertile patients with polycystic ovary syndrome were divided into control group and experimental group by Excel function method,with 60 cases in each group.The control group was treated with letrozole,and the experimental group was treated with letrozole combined with Shugan Bushen decoction.The clinical effects of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate,ovulation rate and pregnancy rate in experimental group were 91.67%,85.00% and 76.67%,respectively,which were significantly higher than those in control group(71.67%,65.00% and 53.33%),with statistical significance(P<0.05).Before treatment,there were no significant differences in the levels of estradiol(E_(2)),luteinizing honnone(LH)and progesterone(P)between 2 groups(P>0.05).After treatment,E_(2) and P levels in both groups were higher than before treatment,LH level was lower than before treatment,and the experimental group was significantly better than the control group,the difFerence was statistically significant(P<0.05).The recovery time of follicle,ovary and menstrual cycle in experimental group was significantly shorter than that in control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no significant difference in TCM syndrome score between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the TCM syndrome score of the two groups was significantly lower than before treatment,and the experimental group was significantly lower than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Shugan Bushen Decoction combined with letrozole has a significant effect on the treatment of infertility in polycystic ovary syndrome,which can significantly improve the clinical symptoms and sex hormone levels of patients,and improve the ovulation rate and pregnancy rate,which has clinical application value.
