银杏叶提取物注射液联合地塞米松对突发性耳聋患者临床疗效和血液流变学的影响

摘　　要：目的 探讨银杏叶提取物注射液联合地塞米松对突发性耳聋患者临床疗效和血液流变学的影响。方法 选取2019年1月-2022年1月我院收治的90例突发性耳聋患者,随机分为对照组和试验组,各45例。对照组患者给予地塞米松治疗,试验组患者在对照组的基础上联合银杏叶提取物注射液治疗。对比两组患者免疫功能、血液流变学和临床疗效。结果 治疗前,两组患者的免疫功能指标、血液流变学指标之间无明显差异性(P>0.05)。治疗后,试验组患者的免疫功能指标好于对照组(P<0.05);试验组患者的血液流变学指标优于对照组(P<0.05);试验组患者的临床疗效高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 突发性耳聋患者给予银杏叶提取物注射液联合地塞米松治疗,可改善患者免疫功能和血液流变学,提高临床疗效。Objective To investigate the effect of Ginkgo biloba extract injection combined with dexamethasone on clinical efficacy and hemorheology in patients with sudden deafness.Methods 90 patients with sudden deafness treated in our hospital from January 2019 to January 2022 were randomly divided into control group and experimental group,with 45 cases in each group.The patients in the control group were treated with dexamethasone,and the patients in the experimental group were treated with Ginkgo biloba extract injection on the basis of the control group.The immune function,hemorheology and clinical efficacy of the two groups were compared.Results Before treatment,there was no significant difference in immune function and hemorheology between the two groups (P > 0.05).After the treatment,the indexes of immune function in the experimental group were better than those in the control group (P < 0.05);The hemorheological indexes of the experimental group were better than those of the control group (P < 0.05);The clinical efficacy of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group (P < 0.05).Conclusion Ginkgo biloba extract injection combined with dexamethasone can improve the immune function and hemorheology of patients with sudden deafness and improve the clinical curative effect.
