摘　　要：目的 探究鼻内镜下鼻腔泪囊造口术治疗慢性泪囊炎效果及安全性观察。方法 选取我院2017年3月~2021年5月收治的33例慢性泪囊炎患者为本次观察对象,双盲随机法将其分为对照组(n=16例)以及观察组(n=17例),对照组患者采用传统的鼻腔泪囊吻合手术治疗,观察组患者采用鼻内镜下鼻腔泪囊造口术治疗,对比两组患者的围手术期指标、临床治疗效果以及并发症的发生率情况。结果 观察组的围手术期指标显著低于对照组的围手术期指标结果。P<0.05为差异有统计学意义;观察组的临床治疗有效例数为94.12%,对照组的临床治疗有效例数为为75.00%,观察组的临床有效率显著高于对照组,P<0.05为差异有统计学意义。结论 鼻内镜下鼻腔泪囊造口术治疗慢性泪囊炎能够有效的改善围手术期指标,提高临床治疗有效和减少术后并发症具有重要意义。Objective To investigate the effect and safety of nasal dacryocystostomy under nasal endoscope in the treatment of chronic dacryocystitis.Methods 33 patients with chronic dacryocystitis treated in our hospital from March 2017 to may 2021 were selected as the observation object.They were divided into control group (n=16 cases) and observation group (n=17 cases) by double-blind random method.The patients in the control group were treated with traditional nasal dacryocystorhinostomy,and the patients in the observation group were treated with nasal endoscopic dacryocystorhinostomy.The perioperative indexes of the two groups were compared The clinical therapeutic effect and the incidence of complications.Results The perioperative indexes of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group.P < 0.05 was statistically significant;The number of clinical effective cases in the observation group was 94.12%,and that in the control group was 75.00%.The clinical effective rate in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group (P < 0.05).Conclusion Nasal endoscopic dacryocystostomy in the treatment of chronic dacryocystitis can effectively improve the perioperative indicators,improve the effectiveness of clinical treatment and reduce postoperative complications.
