变应性真菌性鼻窦炎的CT影像学特征分析

摘　　要：目的 分析变应性真菌性鼻窦炎(Allergic fungal sinusitis,AFS)的CT影像学特征。方法 以我院2020年7月-2021年5月收治的34例AFS患者的病历资料为研究对象,均接受CT检查,分析其影像学特征。结果 在34例患者中,单侧鼻窦发病15(44.12%)例,双侧鼻窦发病19(55.88%)例,经CT检查示,于鼻窦腔处可见明显的均匀状高密度影,且病变中心与鼻窦处的密度均为毛玻璃状,且病变处有钙化点,组织周围呈现出软组织影;其中伴鼻腔内骨质吸收22(64.71%)例,鼻窦膨胀7(20.59%)例,鼻窦病变累及眼眶5(14.71%)例。结论 经CT检查,可准确显示AFS患者鼻窦及鼻窦周围组织的受累情况,为临床上对患者病情做出准确的诊断提供了重要依据。Objective To analyze the CT imaging characteristics of allergic fungal sinusitis,Allergic fungal sinusitis (AFS).Methods The medical records of 34 AFS patients admitted from July 2020 to May 2021 all underwent CT to analyze their imaging characteristics.Results In 34 patients,15 (44.12%) of unilateral sinus onset,19 (55.88%),CT,the sinus cavity was vitreous,calcification of lesion site and soft tissue;22 (64.71%),sinus expansion 7 (20.59%),sinus lesions involving 5 (14.71%).Conclusion CT examination accurately shows the involvement of sinus and surrounding sinus tissue of AFS patients,which provides an important basis for the accurate diagnosis of patient condition.
