泪道阻塞通过泪道探通联合典必殊眼膏泪道注入治疗的疗效及作用研究

摘　　要：目的 分析泪道阻塞通过泪道探通联合典必殊眼膏泪道注入治疗的疗效及作用。方法 选取我院2019年6月~2020年7月收治的65例泪道阻塞患者作为研究对象,通过抽签分组的方式分为两组。基于泪道探通治疗,观察组再次实施典必殊眼膏治疗,对比两组患者之间的治疗效果、不良事件的发生概率。结果 观察组的治疗有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05),不良事件发生概率低于对照组(P<0.05),数据差异明显,具备统计学意义。结论 泪道探通联合典必殊眼膏能够有效提升治疗有效率,降低不良事件的发生概率,促进后续康复。Objective To analyze the effect of the obstruction.Methods Sixty-five patients with lacrimal canal obstruction admitted to our hospital in July 2020 in June 2019 were selected as research subjects,which were divided into two groups by lottery.Based on the lacrimal duct exploration treatment,the observation group again performed Dianbi Shu eye cream treatment,and compared the treatment effect,nursing satisfaction,and the occurrence probability of adverse events between the two groups of patients.Results The observation group was significantly more efficient than control group (P <0.05) and lower probability of adverse events than control group (P <0.05).The data were significant.Conclusion Texploration and eye cream can effectively improve treatment efficiency,reduce the probability of adverse events and promote subsequent recovery.
