双孔鼓膜穿刺鼓室注药法应用于急性分泌性中耳炎的疗效及安全性研究

摘　　要：目的 评估急性分泌性中耳炎患者实施双孔鼓膜穿刺鼓室注药治疗的疗效及安全性。方法 对50例本医院实施治疗的急性分泌性中耳炎予以项目研究,信息采集数量为2018年3月~2021年3月,以奇偶法为分组方案,对照组(n=25单孔鼓膜穿刺抽液治疗)、观察组(n=25双孔鼓膜穿刺鼓室注药治疗),统计及对比组间临床疗效、并发症情况。结果(1)观察组的急性分泌性中耳炎患者(96.00%)对比对照组患者(76.00%)临床疗效统计指标较高,具备组间统计学差异性(P<0.05)。(2)观察组的急性分泌性中耳炎患者对比对照组患者耳鸣、鼓膜瘢痕、眩晕、鼓室粘连等并发症发生率统计指标无组间统计学差异性(P>0.05)。结论 急性分泌性中耳炎患者行双孔鼓膜穿刺鼓室注药法治疗效果显著,其并发症发生比例相对较低。Objective To evaluate the efficacy and safety of double hole tympanic membrane puncture and tympanic injection in patients with acute secretory otitis media.Methods 50 cases of acute secretory otitis media treated in our hospital were studied.The number of information collected was from March 2018 to March 2021.The parity method was used as the grouping scheme.The clinical efficacy and complications between the control group (n=25 single hole tympanic membrane puncture and fluid extraction treatment) and the observation group (n=25 double hole tympanic membrane puncture and tympanic chamber injection treatment) were counted and compared.Results (1) the clinical efficacy statistical indexes of patients with acute secretory otitis media in the observation group (96.00%) were higher than those in the control group (76.00%),with statistical difference between the groups (P < 0.05)(2) There was no significant difference in the incidence of complications such as tinnitus,tympanic scar,vertigo and tympanic adhesion between the observation group and the control group (P > 0.05).Conclusion The therapeutic effect of double hole tympanic membrane puncture and tympanic injection in patients with acute secretory otitis media is significant,and the incidence of complications is relatively low.
