CT检查在霉菌性鼻窦炎鉴别诊断中的应用效果及临床价值研究

摘　　要：目的 探究霉菌性鼻窦炎鉴别诊断期间应用CT检查措施的临床应用价值。方法 随机收取本院收治的鼻窦炎患者作为研究对象,所选患者共计56例,入院以后均接受CT检查,以细菌培养结果为金标准,分析CT诊断的准确性。结果 细菌培养结果表示,56例患者中霉菌性鼻窦炎者共计39例,慢性化脓性鼻窦炎共计17例;经CT诊断以后,霉菌性鼻窦炎38例,慢性化脓性鼻窦炎18例,诊断准确性可以达到98.21%,两种鼻窦炎CT诊断所得特征性表现对比差异显著P<0.05。结论 霉菌性鼻窦炎诊断期间应用CT检查措施可以为其临床诊断提供参考依据,充分表现不同类型鼻窦炎的影像学特征,具有较高的诊断准确性,可借鉴。Objective To explore the clinical application value of CT examination measures during the differential diagnosis of mycosinusitis.Methods The patients with sinusitis admitted to the hospital were randomly selected as the research object.A total of 56 patients were selected.After admission,they all received CT examination.The bacterial culture results were used as the gold standard to analyze the accuracy of CT diagnosis.Results The results of bacterial culture showed that among 56 patients,39 had fungal sinusitis and 17 had chronic suppurative sinusitis.After CT diagnosis,38 had fungal sinusitis and 18 had chronic suppurative sinusitis.The accuracy can reach 98.21%,and the contrast of the characteristic manifestations of the two types of sinusitis CT diagnosis is significant P<0.05.Conclusion During the diagnosis of fungal sinusitis,the application of CT examination measures can provide a reference for its clinical diagnosis.It can fully show the imaging characteristics of different types of sinusitis,and has high diagnostic accuracy,which can be used for reference.
