摘　　要：目的 探究瘛脉穴穴位注射对肝火上扰型突发性耳聋的治疗效果。方法 选取肝火上扰型突发性耳聋患者80例,随机分为观察组和对照组,每组40例。对照组予以常规治疗,观察组在此基础上联合应用瘛脉穴穴位注射。对比两组患者的治疗效果。结果 两组患者的听力、耳鸣症状在治疗1周后、2周后均有显著改善(P<0.05),观察组较对照组改善更为显著(P<0.05)。结论 瘛脉穴穴位注射治疗肝火上扰型突发性耳聋患者具有较好的治疗效果,能够显著改善患者听力、缓解耳鸣。Objective To explore the therapeutic effect of Chimai acupoint injection on sudden deafness of liver-fire disturbing upward.Methods 80 patients with sudden deafness of liver-fire disturbing upward were selected and randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was given conventional treatment,and the observation group was combined with Chimai acupoint injection.Compared the therapeutic effect of the two groups.Results The hearing and tinnitus symptoms of the two groups of patients were significantly improved after 1 week and 2 weeks after treatment (P<0.05),and the improvement in the observation group was more significant than the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion Chimai acupoint injection has a good therapeutic effect for sudden deafness of liver-fire disturbing upward patients,which can significantly improve the hearing and alleviate tinnitus.
