摘　　要：目的 探讨内镜下鼻腺样体肥大切除术后的护理。方法 回顾性选取74例我院在2019年6月~2020年8月期间收治的内镜下鼻腺样体肥大切除术患儿作为研究对象,根据不同的护理方式将其分成对照组与观察组,每组37例。手术后,按照常规护理模式对对照组患儿进行干预,按照综合护理模式对观察组患儿进行干预,分析两组护理后的生活质量。结果 观察组手术后的身体症状、睡眠障碍、情绪不佳、白天功能评分均较对照组高(P<0.05)。结论 行鼻内镜下腺样体切除术后,对患儿进行综合护理干预,能够提高其生活质量。Objective To explore the nursing care after endoscopic resection of nasal adenoid hypertrophy.Methods 74 children with endoscopic adenoidectomy treated in our hospital from June 2019 to August 2020 were retrospectively selected as the research objects.They were divided into control group and observation group according to different nursing methods,with 37 cases in each group.After the operation,the children in the control group were intervened according to the routine nursing mode,and the children in the observation group were intervened according to the comprehensive nursing mode.The quality of life after nursing was analyzed in the two groups.Results The physical symptoms,sleep disorders,poor mood and daytime function scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group (P < 0.05).Conclusion Comprehensive nursing intervention for children after endoscopic adenoidectomy can improve their quality of life.
