舒适护理在新生儿鼻塞正压通气护理中的实施效果及价值研究

摘　　要：目的 对舒适护理在新生儿鼻塞正压通气护理中的实施效果及价值展开系统分析。方法 利用EXCEL表统计遴选本院治疗的66例行新生儿鼻塞正压通气患儿作为研究目标,按照随机数字法分为对照组(n=33)、研究组(n=33),统计时间为2018年7月~2021年7月,对照组以传统护理干预,研究组以舒适护理干预,研究两组家属满意度、通气时间、血气指标、并发症发生率。结果 护理前,两组患儿的血气指标无显著差异,P>0.05;护理后,研究组与对照组相比血气指标改善显著,P<0.05;研究组与对照组相比通气时间较短,P<0.05;研究组(96.97%)与对照组(78.79%)相比家属满意度较高,P<0.05;研究组(3.03%)与对照组(18.18%)相比并发症发生率较低,P<0.05。结论 予以行新生儿鼻塞正压通气患儿患儿舒适护理干预可显著提升其家属满意度,改善血气指标,减少并发症,缩短通气时间,值得临床研究与借鉴。Objective To systematically analyze the implementation effect and value of comfort nursing in the nursing of neonatal nasal congestion with positive pressure ventilation.Methods Using EXCEL table statistics,66 cases of neonatal positive pressure ventilation for neonatal nasal obstruction treated in our hospital were selected as the research target,and divided into control group (n=33) and study group (n=33) according to random number method.From July 2018 to July 2021,the control group was intervened with traditional nursing,and the research group was intervened with comfortable nursing.The family satisfaction,ventilation time,blood gas indexes,and complication rates were studied in the two groups.Results Before nursing,there was no significant difference in blood gas indexes between the two groups of patients,P>0.05;after nursing,the blood gas indexes of the study group were significantly improved compared with the control group,P<0.05;compared with the control group,the study group had shorter ventilation time,Compared with the control group (78.79%),the research group (96.97%) had higher satisfaction with family members,P<0.05;the incidence of complications was lower in the research group (3.03%) compared with the control group (18.18%).,P<0.05.Conclusion Comfort nursing intervention for infants with neonatal nasal obstruction and positive pressure ventilation can significantly improve the satisfaction of their families,improve blood gas indexes,reduce complications,and shorten ventilation time,which is worthy of clinical research and reference.
