摘 要:基于异质性偏好的“集体模型”,利用中国家庭金融调查数据,分析了已婚家庭女性议价能力对消费的影响及其机制。研究发现,女性议价能力提升对家庭总消费具有显著正向影响;影响存在显著城乡差异和区域差异,且在青年和大学及以上学历女性的家庭中作用更大;对家庭总消费的促进作用受“女性议价能力包容度”的影响,“女性议价能力包容度”越大,促进作用越强。文章的政策含义在于政府在制定促消费政策和再分配政策时,要充分考虑家庭内部议价能力的重要作用。Based on the"collective model"with heterogeneous preference,this paper applied the data from China Household Finance Survey to analyze how married female bargaining power has affected consumption.The study found that,the improvement of female bargaining power had a significant positive impact on total household consumption with obvious urban-rural and regional differences,which was more evident in young families or the families with the females having a college degree or above.Moreover,the mentioned promoting role has also been affected by“the tolerance degree of female bargaining power”.And greater tolerance degree may have a stronger promoting effect.For the formation of policies,the paper suggested that,the government should introduce household bargaining power into the formulation of pro-consumption policies and redistribution policies.
