摘 要:采用X射线荧光光谱仪、X射线粉末衍射仪、矿相解离分析仪等查明了贵州某胶磷矿的矿物组成、元素赋存状态、嵌布粒度及解离度等,结果表明:该磷矿石中有用矿物以氟磷灰石为主,脉石矿物以石英为主,倍半氧化物主要以黄铁矿和黏土类白云母形式存在,还有少量白云石、钠钾长石呈微细粒分布;胶磷矿颗粒中包裹有隐晶硅质杂质,连生体极少,嵌布关系复杂。结合工艺矿物学数据,确定了预先分级脱泥联合双反浮选工艺流程,获得了P_(2)O_(5)品位为34.65%、MgO质量分数为0.46%、R_(2)O_(3) 质量分数为2.38%、MER值为8.20%的磷精矿指标;所得磷精矿可作为酸法加工用磷矿石优等品使用;中精矿P_(2)O_(5)品位为26.11%、SiO_(2)质量分数为19.26%,可烧结成球供黄磷冶炼使用;总P_(2)O_(5)回收率为85.69%。The mineralogical study was carried out to ascertain the mineral compositions,occurrence of minerals,dissemination size and degree of liberation in the phosphate rock(namely collophane)from Guizhou by use of such apparatus as X-ray fluorescence spectrometer,X-ray diffractometer and mineral liberation analyzer.The results indicate that the valuable mineral in the rock was mainly fluorapatite,while gangue minerals were dominated by quartz.Sesquioxides mainly existed in the form of pyrite,clay muscovite and illite.A little amount of finely disseminated dolomite,albite and feldspar were also found.The cryptocrystalline siliceous impurities were included in collophanite grains with few association and complex dissemination.In terms of the mineralogical study results,the process circuit composed of preclassification-desliming followed by double reverse flotation was determined to process the phosphate rock.As a result,the final phosphate concentrate containing 34.65%P_(2)O_(5),0.46%MgO,and 2.38%R_(2)O_(3) with MER of 8.20%was obtained,which could be used as high grade phosphate concentrate product subjected to acid processing.Meanwhile,the middlings assayed 26.11%P_(2)O_(5) and 19.26%SiO_(2) were amenable to cementation resulting in pellets to be used for smelting yellow phosphorus.The total P_(2)O_(5) recovery was 85.69%.
