摘  要:多轴联动电火花成形加工是最常用的航空航天发动机闭式整体叶盘类零件加工方法。由于闭式整体叶盘的加工轨迹为一系列空间线段,相应的空间摇动轨迹为复杂的多轴联动轨迹。目前针对多轴联动空间摇动轨迹的研究稀缺,为此提出一种针对空间线段进给轨迹的工具电极空间摇动方法,基于螺旋理论推导出工具电极空间摇动运动学公式,计算得到插补周期内各个运动轴的坐标增量,进而控制多轴联动机床,实现工具电极的空间摇动;进行了工具电极运动轨迹仿真,验证了该方法的正确性和合理性。The multi-axis sinking EDM is regarded as the most commonly used machining method for shrouded blisks.The feeding path of a shrouded blisk consists of a series of spatial line segments,thus the corresponding planetary movement is a complex spatial trajectory.Few papers focus on the method of multi-axis spatial planetary movements.Thus a spatial planetary movement method for a feeding path of spatial line segments was proposed.Screw theory is used to derive the kinematics of a spatial planetary movement,and the coordinate increments of each movement axis in an interpolation period can be calculated.Then a multi-axis sinking EDM machine can be controlled to drive a tool electrode to realize the spatial planetary movement.A tool electrode movement trajectory simulation is carried out to verify the correctness and rationality of the proposed method.And a series of experiments are carried out to explore the influences of the spatial planetary movement parameters on the machining performance of multi-axis sinking EDM.
