摘 要:目的探讨水模校准在CT质控中的作用,以期为CT设备使用的保障提出建设性意见。方法选择3台CT设备,依据GB 17589—2011通过水模校准对设备进行质控,记录校准前后的CT值,并进行统计分析。结果3台CT设备校准前的CT值分别为0.9±1.1、0.9±0.8、0.9±1.2,校准后的CT值分别为0.7±0.2、0.6±0.3、0.6±0.3,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论严格执行质控,定期进行水模校准,可以对设备使用起到保障作用。Objective To discusse the role of water model calibration in CT quality control,and to provide constructive suggestions for the use of CT equipment.Methods Three sets of CT equipment were selected.According to GB 17589—2011,the quality control of the equipment was carried out through water model calibration every month,and the CT values before and after calibration were recorded and statistically analyzed.Results The CT values of the three CT devices before calibration were 0.9±1.1,0.9±0.8 and 0.9±1.2,respectively,and the CT values after calibration were 0.7±0.2,0.6±0.3 and 0.6±0.3,respectively.The difference between before and after calibration was statistically significant(P<0.01).Conclusions Strict quality control and regular water model calibration can guarantee the use of equipment.
