摘 要:如何降低缓蚀剂的乳化倾向以避免其影响水质是困扰油田采出液处理的问题之一。首先以降低缓蚀剂乳化倾向性为指标筛选最佳的去乳化助剂,然后研究了去乳化助剂和缓蚀剂复配比例及温度作用范围,最后探讨了去乳化助剂的作用机理。结果表明:去乳化助剂DE-3能有效降低缓蚀剂的乳化倾向性,当向缓蚀剂中加入≥1%的去乳化助剂DE-3、温度大于35℃时,缓蚀剂无乳化倾向性,且缓蚀性能并不会受到影响;缓蚀剂中加入去乳化助剂DE-3后油水界面张力虽然会出现下降,但油水界面膜强度明显下降,乳化层不稳定,因而能起到去乳化的作用。How to decrease the emulsification property of corrosion inhibitor for making sure it has no effect on the oily wastewater treatment is a problem for the produced liquid treatment in oilfield. In this paper, firstly, the best demulsifying additives were screened by using the emulsification tendency decrease as index. Then, the mass ratio of corrosion inhibitor to demulsifying additives and applicable temperature range were investigated. At last, the emulsification tendency decrease mechanism of demulsifying additives was studied. The results showed that the demulsifying additives DE-3 could decrease the emulsification tendency of corrosion inhibitor effectively. When the DE-3 mass fraction in corrosion inhibitor was more than 1% and the temperature was higher than 35 ℃, the corrosion inhibitor had no emulsification tendency and its corrosion inhibition performance was not affected by DE-3. The oil/corrosion inhibition aqueous solution interface tension decreased with the DE-3 addition, however, the interface strength also decreased with DE-3 addition, which was decisive for the emulsion stability and was the reason for emulsification tendency decrease performance of DE-3.
