摘 要:在国内外的各大气田开采过程中,伴随天然气产出的硫化氢会对于净化处理设备产生严重的损坏,甚至可能会危害到工作人员的生命安全,因此硫化氢成为天然气净化处理中必须除去的有害物质。干法脱硫技术由于其广泛的适用性,而被应用于各联合站,脱硫剂的硫容受到天然气温度、天然气重组分凝液以及天然气相对湿度等诸多因素的影响,往往很难达到其设计值,为了保证实际过程中硫化氢的处理效果和提质增效减少成本,探究干法脱硫硫容分析影响因素至关重要。从羟基氧化铁为脱硫剂与硫化氢反应机理出发,分析了天然气温度、凝液以及相对湿度对脱硫剂硫容影响,其次通过控制变量法进行现场实验加以验证,最后结合现场实际对某联合站的干法脱硫工艺提出改进措施,取得了良好的效果。During the exploitation of major gas fields at home and abroad,hydrogen sulfide produced along with natural gas will cause serious damage to the purification and treatment equipments,and may even endanger the life safety of staff.Therefore,the harmful substances must be removed in the natural gas purification treatment.The sulfur capacity of desulfurizer is affected by many factors,such as natural gas temperature,natural gas heavy component condensate,and natural gas relative humidity when dry desulfurization is applied to remove hydrogen sulfide in natural gas,and it is difficult to reach its design value.Based on the reaction mechanism of ferric hydroxide and hydrogen sulfide,the influence of natural gas temperature,condensate and relative humidity on sulfur capacity of desulfurizer was analyzed.Secondly,field experiments were carried out to verify parameter range of influencing factors by control variable method.Finally,combined with the field experiments,the improvement measures of dry desulfurization process in a combined station were put forward to obtain good results.
