摘  要:ABS树脂作为化工生产的重要原料,其生产质量和生产数量影响了化工生产。目前国内生产ABS的方法有两种:乳液接枝-本体SAN掺混法、连续本体聚合法。通过对比两种方法的优劣势,并介绍了乳液接枝-本体SAN掺混法的操作方法,而后从能耗、技术工艺、产品竞争力三个角度对该操作方法生产工艺进行经济分析。As an important raw material for chemical production,ABS resin has impact on chemical production quality and quantity.At present,there are two methods for domestic production of ABS:emulsion grafting-bulk SAN mixing method and continuous bulk polymerization method.In this paper,the advantages and disadvantages of the two methods were compared,and the operation method of the emulsion grafting-ontology SAN blending process was introduced,and then the production process of the operation method was economically analyzed from the three perspectives of energy consumption,technical process and product competitiveness.
