摘　　要：执法文书的送达,是行政执法的必经程序,也是卫生行政执法实践中的一个难点问题。本文拟从网络公告送达的概念、适用条件、公告程序、执法文书及制作要点等方面进行阐述,并提出一些工作建议供行政机关和一线执法人员参考。The service of law enforcement documents is the necessary procedure for administrative law enforcement,and also a difficult problem in the practice of administrative law enforcement of health and family planning.This paper intends to elaborate on the concept,application conditions,procedure,law enforcement documents and key points of preparing of the service bypublic notice online.In the end,some work suggestions are made in the paper for the reference of administrative organs and front-line law enforcement officers.
